Finishing up my class " Painting your Garden"

After working through my " Painting Your Garden" internet class with Diane Culhane, I have been experimenting with colors and subject.   I don't know what to make of this one or if it actually finished or not... Let me know.

Painting over a painting

There is nothing like an experiment, it takes the pressure off coming up with a finished picture.  

You can see the sgraffito here, the lines in the paint, between the flowers as well as the stems on the small plants in the foreground.

A good start, I don't feel like it is complete yet,  I might have to set on it awhile
