Processing Time
Orders - are sent out as soon as they are ready- usally within one week. If I can get them out the following day I do so.
Special orders- as time allows sometimes as much as 6 months
Shipping
Usually I send using USPS.
Large Orders: flat rate USPS
Please let me know if you would prefer a different carrier.
Returns/ Replacements
If you find that your shipment has been damaged please contact me within 3 days.
If you are not happy, I am not happy. Please contact me for a return or replacement. All returns must be preauthorize, within 2 weeks of arrival.
Special Requests
I do limited special requests, because of my limited time.
I do charge a design fee up front, but offset that with exclusivity for one year.
To make your request unique and special, I may ask you for lots of information, be prepared.
Cancelations
If you do need to cancel an order please do so before I ship it out.
Special orders can be canceled only before I start the project.

I got a beautifully artistic greeting card with just the perfect sentiment printed on the front-that I was looking for.
