Mixed Up Mixed Media.... the beginning

May 25, 2014

"Where do you start? "  This not only is the most often asked question I receive but also one that I ask myself.

There is nothing like an experiment, it takes the pressure off coming up with a finished picture.

You can see the sgraffito here, the lines in the paint, between the flowers as well as the stems on the small plants in the foreground.

A good start, I don't feel like it is complete yet,  I might have to set on it awhile
